Ive been eating for my blood type for about a month now. I’m A+ blood type and I always say “we can’t have nothin” lol. I gave up a lot of food that I use to enjoy, but have found new ways to eat for my blood type by being creative. And I must say. No more bloating, nor gas. I use to have a lot of mucus in my body, now very little and I’m so happy about that. My sinuses use to drain constantly down the back of my throat, I know TMI, but it’s true. And I’m more regular now., (stool). I start off with key lime water everyday. And I add gray celtic sea salt & baking soda to my water daily. My focus is eating and juicing fruit for my blood type. And very little meat. My eye sight is improving. My goal is to get rid of these eye glasses. I’m so Grateful for you Goddess.
