Not to put my business out there, but I used to have real bad problems with being constipated, and I used to have insomnia. I hate it taking pills just to go to sleep now I am not having problems with constipation. I am not having problems with going to sleep and I sleep very good, I have not been having much of an appetite. When I am up, it seems that I have good energy where I used to feel drowsy tired and didn’t want to do anything. Will give more as only like day four but I still can’t tell the difference and I used to have mucus really bad. It is bringing this mucus up.
